Senior Software Developer, Viewer Platform (JavaScript/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance 2D and 3D viewer capabilities for real-time interaction with complex models.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Translate product requirements into customer-facing features while balancing performance, complexity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead production root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes and preventative improvements.
• Improve code quality through reviews, automated testing, CI/CD enhancements, and Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and distributed engineering teams while mentoring developing engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with modern web technologies such as React.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress and with automated testing strategies.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, service-oriented architectures, and scalable high-performance applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Agile development, and independent problem-solving.
• University degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; availability for rotating on-call work.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2D/3D visualization systems or WebGL/WebGPU.
• Experience with Node, C#, MobX, Webpack, and modern build systems.
• Understanding of cloud-native deployment models.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies or serving in a Scrum leadership role.
