What you will do

• Serve as the on-camera face of Freecash across all organic social channels.
• Ideate, film, edit, publish, and iterate native content daily.
• Develop content for user acquisition, activation, retention, product communication, and community growth.
• Launch organic campaigns and experiments across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X.
• Build community through Discord and Reddit in partnership with the community manager.
• Measure content performance against sign-ups and activation, improving creative quality and conversion outcomes.

Requirements

• Comfort and confidence on camera are non-negotiable.
• Ability to film, edit, write, and publish content independently from start to finish.
• Proven experience driving sign-ups and conversions through organic content.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, Discord, and Reddit.
• Strong understanding of content performance data and conversion drivers.
• Experience with B2C social media, preferably in gaming or ad tech, and comfort using AI content tools.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of on-camera content, including TikToks, Reels, or Shorts.
• Experience localizing and scaling campaigns across markets.
• Strong sense of humor, meme literacy, and current social media instincts.
