Helpdesk Consultant (Financial Services): Supporting clients of a leading investment platform through phone, email, and virtual chat with an accent on investment products, pensions, retirement services, and empathetic communication. Focus on solving complex client queries, coordinating with internal and external teams, and supporting risk and control activities.

Location: Bristol head office, UK; office-based during training and probation, with hybrid working available after successful completion. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00, plus one in three Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:30 according to a rota.

Salary: Starting from £25,900 for a full-time 37.5-hour week.
