What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 colleagues across phone and administration channels.
• Manage one-to-ones, check-ins, work allocation, and daily team priorities.
• Oversee accurate and timely Defined Benefit pensions claims administration.
• Maintain risk controls, process documentation, and audit trail quality.
• Review data and operational information to drive team performance.
• Handle performance, conduct, and people matters with fairness and confidence.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK.
• Extensive experience as a Team Manager in a regulated or operational environment.
• Strong people management skills, including coaching and delegation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of good customer outcomes and Consumer Duty principles.
• Willingness to complete CF1 and FA2 qualifications within two years.
