What you will do

• Own the design of mobile app features from initial exploration through development.
• Refine product briefs through exploratory research with UX researchers and product owners.
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and test them weekly with real users.
• Document interaction and UI requirements to support developers during implementation.
• Maintain and expand design libraries and systems.
• Identify new opportunities and initiate product improvements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in CMD, UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of UX design experience or strong experience building digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with exploratory research and defining user problems.
• Practical Figma skills and ability to create high-fidelity designs within a design system.
• Fluent English, an EU work permit, and willingness to work on-site full-time are required.
