What you will do

• Lead design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concepts and user flows to final launches.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to create elegant solutions to complex design challenges.
• Develop user-focused strategies by gathering insights and understanding customer needs to deliver meaningful value.
• Create rapid wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts, balancing speed with attention to detail.
• Influence product strategy and contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and overall UX.
• Help establish and promote user-centered design processes and practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Proven experience designing high-quality consumer-facing web and mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong foundation in graphic design, including layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Availability to work within North/South America or European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience working in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital asset products.
• Previous experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or decentralized applications.
