What you will do

• Design and continuously optimize customer journeys for POS, SoftPOS, and E-commerce acquirhirify.global products.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and UX specialists to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Analyze merchant needs, market trends, and competitor offerhirify.globals to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure alignment with card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard) and internal risk and regulatory policies.
• Monitor performance and drive automation, simplification, and digitization of merchant onboardhirify.global and servichirify.global.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cards acquirhirify.global.
• Strong expertise in POS acquirhirify.global, SoftPOS solutions, E-commerce acquirhirify.global, and merchant onboardhirify.global processes.
• Deep knowledge of card payment ecosystems, transaction flows, and Visa/Mastercard scheme requirements.
• Experience workhirify.global within a bank, payment institution, processor, or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance compethirify.global priorities.
• English proficiency is required.
