What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end Cards product strategy to ensure commercial competitiveness and align with growth objectives.
• Define, launch, and continuously improve virtual, physical, debit, and prepaid card products.
• Collaborate with Sales to create products that are easy to position, differentiate, and sell across target markets.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial market research and business case development to launch and scaling.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and external entities like Visa, Mastercard, and BIN sponsors.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to maximize adoption, usage, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cards Product Management or similar leadership roles within fintech, EMI, PSP, or banking.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful card products from both product and commercial perspectives.
• Deep expertise in card issuing, schemes (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsorship, processing, and card economics.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cyprus.
