What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences using a central design system to balance content and UI elements.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Gather user research and rationale to align business requirements with customer needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver the best user experience within technical constraints.
• Advocate for customer inclusion, ensuring designs are accessible to users of all backgrounds and abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Proven track record of taking full ownership of interaction design projects.
• Expertise in prototyping and layout skills with the ability to articulate decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform the design process.
• Experience in financial services is highly preferred.
• Collaborative mindset for working within multi-disciplinary teams.
