Intern Legal (Legal & Compliance): Supporting an in-house legal team with contract management, corporate housekeeping, compliance screenings, KYC requests, and privacy-related activities with an accent on legal records, NDAs, and the Data Processing Register. Focus on improving templates and standard documentation, maintaining compliance processes, and handling practical legal tasks in an international environment.
Location: HQ in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands; remote work from other countries is not possible

What you will do
- Support the Legal & Compliance team with legal, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Manage contracts, legal records, corporate housekeeping, and NDAs.
- Conduct compliance and due diligence screenings and handle KYC requests.
- Assist with privacy-related activities, including maintaining the Data Processing Register.
- Improve legal templates and standard documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing WO-level studies.
- Available for 24–40 hours per week.
- Available for a minimum of 4 months; 6 months is preferred.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and an organized, structured approach.
- Proactive, independent, positive, and eager to learn.
