Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI, AWS): Building and shipping production-grade generative AI, RAG, and agentic systems for enterprise customers with an accent on evaluation, observability, guardrails, and cloud-native delivery. Focus on designing resilient multi-step workflows, measuring non-deterministic model behavior, controlling cost and latency, and taking AI systems into production on AWS.

What you will do

• Build and ship production GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI systems in customer environments.
• Develop AI components, backend services, data pipelines, and RESTful API integrations.
• Deploy cloud-native systems on AWS using containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices, including tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, and drift detection.
• Design evaluation harnesses, investigate model failure modes, and improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and executives, support client handover, make architectural decisions, and mentor AI engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or ML engineering experience with production systems ownership.
• Production experience shipping LLM applications and agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool use, state management, and failure recovery.
• Strong AI/ML foundations and experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI.
• Production AWS experience with services such as Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, or ECR.
• Experience with RAG, model evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, cloud-native delivery, containers, IaC, and CI/CD.
• English at B2+ level and ability to collaborate across distributed, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or embedded customer-facing delivery.
• AWS or Claude Code certifications and hands-on Claude Code ecosystem experience.
• Experience with MCP, A2A interoperability, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, NLP, recommendation engines, Spark, Airflow, or Kafka.
• Additional experience with Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
