Salary: $179,000 - $210,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Support the Growth organization with a specific focus on Gold subscriptions.
• Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify growth opportunities via improved targeting, retention, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance partners to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Data Scientist shaping product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Expertise in designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Menlo Park, CA for this location).
