Salary: $150K – $170K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit (Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships).
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses and actionable data requests.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and run complex analyses to drive business outcomes.
• Design and execute experiments to surface insights that move critical team metrics.
• Partner with leadership in product, growth, finance, and operations to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Must currently reside in the specified US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data independently using SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering material business impact.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders at the leadership level.
