Raw Material Planner

TL;DR

Raw Material Planner (Supply Chain/Procurement): Planning and tracking raw material availability, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries for production with an accent on procurement accuracy, supplier performance, and SAP data integrity. Focus on analyzing supply needs, resolving material shortages, and improving compliance and cross-functional planning processes.

Location: Hybrid role in 6th October City, Egypt; authorization to work in the local location is required.

What you will do

• Plan and track raw material availability against production requirements.
• Issue purchase orders in line with company policies and agreed terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to support timely deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure SAP data accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve material availability issues.
• Collaborate with scheduling, quality, sourcing, and production teams while supporting KPIs, audits, compliance, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Authorization to work in the local location in Egypt.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory planning processes.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
