What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to regional and global engineering teams.
• Partner with quantitative engineers, engineering leaders, and product leads to define and deliver strategic trading platform migrations.
• Develop hands-on solutions, remove complex technical blockers, and improve platform capabilities.
• Lead the migration of multi-billion-dollar funding trades to resilient, scalable risk systems with front-to-back execution.
• Own trade product definition and refinement to support portfolio diversification.
• Collaborate with traders, control functions, senior leadership, and platform stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience developing enterprise-level, preferably business-critical systems.
• Experience providing technical leadership across global development teams and implementing scalable software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS, and multi-region availability.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or automated solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization, transformation, or strategic change initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, plus strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience with deep trading domain knowledge.
• Understanding of funding trading products across FX, loans, repo, and debt instruments.
