What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Financial Crime and Onboarding QC framework, including standards, calibration, and escalations.
• Define and maintain QC methodology for sampling, scoring, and documentation in line with regulatory guidance.
• Perform detailed quality reviews of Fraud, Transaction Monitoring (TM), and KYC processes.
• Lead the analysis of QC findings to drive corrective actions and ensure audit compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to the Financial Crime team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and system improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing a QC function within a FinTech or startup environment.
• Proven background as a financial crime investigator or analyst.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets and presenting key findings to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and justification skills when dealing with QC decisions.
