Senior Product Designer (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid — 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, Warsaw, Poland

hirify.global is an alternative mobile game store for iPhone and Android that improves game discovery through personalized recommendations and genre-based categorization.

What you will do

• Work closely with the founders to shape product design and contribute to data-driven product decisions.
• Design mobile and web interfaces for the product.
• Participate in the full design cycle from discovery through shipping.
• Consolidate the existing UI into a documented design system and maintain it.
• Create graphic materials and contribute to the evolution of the brand.
• Work effectively in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities and fast decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing B2C mobile products.
• Ability to balance business needs and user experience within limited resources.
• Strong interest in creating polished, well-crafted interfaces.
• Portfolio containing 2–3 mobile case studies that demonstrate design reasoning, not only final screens.
