Staff Product Designer, T0 (Agentic) Finance

What you will do

• Define and drive product design vision from initial concepts through shipped products in partnership with product and engineering.
• Research user needs and translate complex financial workflows into clear, approachable experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design across desktop web, mobile web, and native applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the design system team to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, customer validation, and design principles.
• Build deep domain expertise and connect related work across the product area.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UX or product designer.
• Experience designing for desktop web, mobile web, and native applications.
• A portfolio demonstrating complex systems, multi-channel journeys, and intricate object relationships.
• Proficiency in generative research, information architecture, interaction design, and user testing.
• Ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of leading projects end to end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
