What you will do

• Design and build analytics data systems and tools for the Falcon Console.
• Capture, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into a unified analytics platform.
• Build scalable pipelines that process large volumes of data.
• Deliver accurate insights and visual narratives that support product and business decisions.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate trade-offs, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use AI tools in daily work and share effective practices with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a similar modern language.
• Deep SQL expertise and hands-on experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, or graph databases.
• Experience designing scalable data systems using technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, and working with AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure.
• Strong data visualization, BI, communication, testing, code review, and resilient architecture skills.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI for business problems.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale semantic layers.
• Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
