What you will do

• Maintain and optimize production processes, procedures, routers, and MES master data.
• Improve system/module quality, test yields, and process cycle times using engineering approaches.
• Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality KPIs.
• Execute Configuration Management deliverables and manage the master engineering schedule for projects.
• Manage laser systems, machining tools, and instruments used in production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for DOA and DMR process issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 6-12 years of industry experience, preferably with laser and optic technology.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
