What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve application problems for LSA systems.
• Analyze application issues and implement measures to improve process yield and throughput for customers.
• Perform on-site diagnostic support, technical training, and assistance for customers and partners.
• Conduct sample investigations and provide engineering support on reliability qualification and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Asia Pacific region to fulfill customer sign-off and revenue requirements.
• Maintain detailed technical knowledge of hirify.global LSA systems and stay current with competing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor RTP and Implant frontend related processes.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel to the USA and within the Asia region.
