What you will do

• Scale the Forma content creators program to empower user advocates and creators.
• Drive engagement and amplify discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other industry forums.
• Execute a growth-led community strategy based on data, experimentation, and user insights.
• Represent the company at key architecture conferences and industry events.
• Facilitate feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence the roadmap.
• Create engaging social media content and track trends in AI and architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA, USA.
• Experienced architect with a deep professional network and credibility within the architecture community.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to industry peers.
• Basic video editing skills and proficiency with architecture software and MS Office.
• Ability to take full ownership of community marketing tasks from concept to execution.
• Willingness to travel for events and team offsites.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global Forma, specifically Forma Site Design.
• Experience applying AI tools in marketing or community workflows.
• Experience with data-driven experimentation and learning from metrics.
