What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary technical sales contact for service offerings.
- Conduct detailed assessments of elevator and escalator systems to identify maintenance, repair, or modernization needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and deliver customized technical proposals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive commercial proposals, clearly communicating value propositions.
- Support contract negotiations and the finalization of service agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or service engineering, preferably in the elevator or escalator industry.
- Strong understanding of vertical transportation systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
