What you will do
- Establish AI transformation strategy and governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, quality, and auditability.
- Oversee the AI project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and tracking them against defined OKRs and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the GTM Transformation Team and senior leadership, BU leads, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year integrated AI transformation roadmap based on strategic priorities and emerging technology.
- Design executive-level dashboards to communicate milestones, risks, and business value realization to the Board.
- Drive organizational change management to foster a culture of AI innovation and adoption across commercial functions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Hangzhou, China.
- Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in program/portfolio management, strategy consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation offices in multinational or highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile/SAFe, or equivalent program management certification.
