What you will do
- Lead supply chain program strategy, execution, readiness reviews, and stage-gate decisions for complex NPI and cost-reduction programs.
- Guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
- Align product strategy, sourcing strategy, manufacturing readiness, and supplier execution across global sites.
- Develop and mentor Supply Chain Program Managers, establish goals, support training, and build succession plans.
- Improve and standardize supply chain NPI processes, dashboards, reporting, and program management playbooks.
- Manage risks involving schedule, cost, quality, and supply continuity, including complex escalations and executive decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 7 years in program or project management.
- At least 7 years of experience supporting large OEM customers in renewable energy, automotive, consumer electronics, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of NPI, product development, stage-gate governance, global manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing and developing program or project management teams and influencing global, cross-functional, multicultural stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Anaplan, MS Office, 8D, 5 Whys, QMS, and corrective action processes.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, MBA, PMP certification, or equivalent.
- Solar tracker experience.
- Experience with domestic and offshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
