What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the marketing website, ensuring it remains visually compelling and technically excellent.
• Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and production-ready interfaces.
• Develop interactive web experiences with a strong focus on performance, usability, and quality.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and creative teams to bring ambitious concepts to life.
• Lead complex website projects from initial concept through launch, balancing technical feasibility and creative ambition.
• Improve frontend architecture and tooling to create scalable systems that support future growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience building production-ready websites using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Exceptional visual judgement with the ability to implement design systems, typography, and layouts to a high standard.
• Proficiency in working directly within Figma to make informed design decisions.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex web projects while managing technical constraints and stakeholder expectations.
