What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the marketing website, ensuring it remains fast, beautiful, and technically excellent.
• Translate high-fidelity designs into polished user experiences using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
• Collaborate with Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Lead the technical delivery of major website initiatives from initial concept through to launch.
• Improve the architecture and tooling of the marketing stack to enhance scalability and maintainability.
• Champion high engineering standards through clean code and mentorship of other Design Engineers.

Requirements

• Significant experience building production websites with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
• Strong visual taste and ability to work directly in Figma to make craft decisions on typography and layout.
• Experience designing scalable website architecture and design systems.
• Proven track record of leading website projects end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Must be based in Europe.
