Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland, with weekly office attendance required.

Salary: €6,000–€7,500 per month.

What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture for the new product and evolve its design system.
• Build admin and end-user experiences, including data visualizations, user flows, and an automation builder.
• Own UX delivery end-to-end, from customer problems and solution concepts through architecture and implementation.
• Ship meaningful features in small increments and use customer feedback and real data to guide product decisions.
• Implement API and schema changes when needed to unblock frontend development.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product management, and design in an autonomous product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience across multiple projects, or equivalent demonstrated impact.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend architecture, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Ability to make product and technical decisions under ambiguity and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, GraphQL, and frontend-to-backend integration.
• Interest in or experience with AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Figma and experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Experience with complex data UX, data visualization, or motion and micro-interactions.
• Comfort working full-stack when required.
