What you will do

• Build and evolve the Global Marketing operating model, including planning frameworks and governance.
• Align strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution across various teams and geographies.
• Drive the marketing transformation agenda to improve collaboration, clarity, and efficiency.
• Enable data-driven decisions on resource allocation and investment prioritization.
• Strengthen alignment across Product, Marketing, and Markets to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
• Manage leadership governance, including planning cycles, QBRs, and executive forums.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through to implementation.
• Experience aligning stakeholders across functions, geographies, and seniority levels, including senior leadership.
• Track record of improving ways of working and simplifying complexity to increase efficiency.
• Strong business and commercial acumen regarding how marketing drives business outcomes.
• Must be based in Billund, Denmark to adhere to the hybrid work model (3 office days, 2 home days weekly).
