What you will do

• Drive sales targets and ensure program goals are met within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant PICs through daily visits.
• Manage, monitor, and lead the daily activities of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather intelligence on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Oversee the correct placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Conduct field training and refreshment sessions for the promoter team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tuban, Indonesia.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and specific area.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules.
• Minimum of a Senior High School diploma or Diploma in any field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and marketing expertise using social media.
