What you will do

• Build and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, and leadership accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers.
• Own special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operator experience driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Austria.
• Strong English communication skills required.
