What you will do

• Operate and oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver Gross Asset Valuations (GAV).
• Review pricing for various securities including equities, options, futures, bonds, and OTC derivatives.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and other counterparties to resolve breaks and improve processes.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact for Portfolio Operations.
• Ensure accurate booking of corporate actions and completion of client transaction processing.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the investor services or asset management industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options, and OTC derivatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation technology, portfolio management systems, or investment accounting general ledgers.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex functions.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other programming languages.
