Algorithm Engineer, Market Growth (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize algorithmic models for user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation.
• Build precision marketing models for CTR/CVR prediction, LTV forecasting, and marketing channel attribution.
• Design data-driven strategies for user acquisition, retention, and repurchase across the user lifecycle.
• Validate and improve model performance through A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis.
• Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to deploy algorithms in marketing and user growth systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in algorithms and programming.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java, plus familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including LR, GBDT, DNN, Uplift Models, and Lookalike Models, and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL or Hive, large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Understanding of user growth, advertising, and e-commerce marketing scenarios, with strong independent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
