What you will do

• Develop core algorithm models for user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation to improve conversion rates.
• Build precision marketing models, including CTR/CVR prediction, LTV forecasting, and marketing channel attribution analysis.
• Design data-driven algorithm strategies for user acquisition, retention, and repurchase to optimize lifecycle management.
• Validate and iterate models through A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis.
• Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to integrate algorithms into growth initiatives and marketing systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in algorithm development and programming.
• Master’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java, and familiarity with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms (LR, GBDT, DNN) and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL/Hive for large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Must be based in Asia.
