TL;DR
Analyst, Law Enforcement Response Team (AI safety and legal operations): Managing global information requests and legal documents with an accent on accuracy, privacy protection, and operational consistency. Focus on reviewing Japanese-language materials, coordinating EMEA casework, identifying anomalies, and responding to urgent requests through an on-call rotation.
Location: Singapore. Weekend availability is required, with schedules potentially including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday shifts and working hours ranging from 6am to 8pm.

What you will do
- Process, track, and manage global information requests and related legal documents.
- Coordinate with Law Enforcement Response Team members in the U.S., EMEA, and Singapore to prioritize requests and maintain consistent operations.
- Improve workflows and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency requests from around the world.
- Identify unusual patterns, escalate ambiguous policy issues, and communicate regularly with cross-functional teams.
- Own projects from initiation through completion while maintaining high-quality output across repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Working proficiency in Japanese is required for reviewing legal documents.
- Experience handling user information requests, legal documents, or a legal education.
- At least 1 year of experience in Safety or Legal Operations at a technology company, or in a paralegal, litigation support, or equivalent role.
- Strong communication, writing, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Availability to work weekends and variable shifts, potentially from 6am to 8pm.

- Experience with European Law Enforcement Response Team workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
- Experience identifying anomalies or unusual patterns in data or requests.
