Head of Legal (AI)

Location: United States — Remote; willingness to work across US and Israel time zones and travel to Tel Aviv as needed.

What you will do

• Own the contract lifecycle for MSAs, order forms, NDAs, partner agreements, reseller agreements, and AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace contracts.
• Partner with Sales on enterprise deals, manage redlines, unblock negotiations, and create contract playbooks and self-service tools.
• Lead legal work for venture financings, acquisitions, corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and board matters.
• Own privacy, data protection, employment law, and IP matters across US and international entities.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions and coordinate with Finance, Security, People Ops, Executive, and GTM teams.
• Build an AI-native legal function by deploying AI tools for contract review, diligence, research, knowledge management, drafting, and redlining.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
• Deep commercial contracting experience, including enterprise SaaS MSAs, DPAs, and order forms with Fortune 500 procurement and legal teams.
• Experience leading venture financing workstreams from Series B onward and at least one M&A transaction.
• Strong knowledge of US privacy and data protection law, including GDPR and CCPA, plus SOC 2 and enterprise security requirements.
• Prior implementation of AI tools or custom LLM workflows inside a legal function is required.
• Strong commercial judgment and willingness to work across US and Israel time zones and travel to Tel Aviv as needed.
