Senior Strategy Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Support the Strategy team and SBD department as a project manager and analyst for specific initiatives.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the China pharmaceutical industry and the competitive landscape.
• Utilize proprietary and public pharmaceutical data sources to support strategic projects.
• Manage data extraction and synthesis to provide recommendations for portfolio strategies.
• Lead project planning, work stream development, and coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Coach and partner with junior colleagues to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data synthesis.
• Proven project management skills to create plans and track progress across stakeholders.
• Ability to respond to multiple, conflicting business needs with urgency and accuracy.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China
