What you will do

• Lead the Consumer Health technology team and manage talent, performance, development, recruiting, resources, and project assignments.
• Drive business development and growth through hirify.global digital products and customized technology solutions.
• Develop partnerships and coordinate with global and local hirify.global stakeholders to integrate solutions with China’s digital ecosystems.
• Set segment and account strategies, create annual plans, and manage financial and non-financial targets.
• Build strategic client relationships, map commercial stakeholders, and maintain intelligence on competitor activity.
• Lead change management and large-scale, multi-country technology implementations while monitoring client satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in digitalization for life sciences companies, particularly across sales, marketing, or medical functions.
• Experience delivering CRM or other Consumer Health application implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across organizational levels and functional boundaries.
• Strong situational awareness, social intelligence, listening, problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement innovation and lead organizational change.

• AI innovation experience with Consumer Health companies.
