TL;DR
SAP Finance Senior/Principal Consultant (ERP): Leading the delivery of SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling engagements with an accent on Fit-to-Standard workshops and functional expertise. Focus on de-risking delivery commitments, mentoring consulting teams, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand. Travel across Australia is required.

What you will do
- Lead project delivery and act as the senior point of contact for SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling engagements.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into best-practice solutions.
- Provide principal-level functional expertise and mentor senior and junior consultants within the Finance practice.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships to ensure communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Support scoping and planning for upcoming implementations to ensure successful project mobilization.
Requirements
- Extensive consulting experience delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Public Cloud).
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Finance & Controlling functional background at a principal or lead consultant level.
- Flexibility to travel across Australia as required to support client delivery.
