Salary: $217,900 – $349,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the overall technical strategy and architecture for the GenAI platform to accelerate innovation.
• Architect and develop highly scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems and inference platforms.
• Lead the adoption of Generative and Agentic AI to enhance developer productivity and build innovative business products.
• Establish best practices for software development, including CI/CD automation and DevOps, to optimize the SSDLC.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, and governance partners to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers and engineering managers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ with a Master's/PhD).
• Expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems using Java, Python, or Go.
• Proven experience leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI for product innovation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MSSQL, MongoDB) and caching technologies like Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
