Salary: $252,000 - $315,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and develop large new functional areas within the hirify.global GP platform.
• Implement features across the full stack, integrating backend, frontend, and LLM/ML models.
• Deliver high-velocity experiments to engage and retain enterprise customers.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
• Solve hard engineering problems regarding system scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full-time engineering experience.
• Experience scaling products within hyper-growth startup environments.
• Hands-on experience productizing LLMs, vector databases, and latest AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle
