What you will do

• Lead foundational product design across the core product, shaping workflows and information architecture.
• Design intuitive experiences for an evolving ecosystem, specifically focusing on new agentic and AI-driven surfaces.
• Influence product strategy and organizational decision-making by connecting design execution to business outcomes.
• Mentor the design team through clear feedback, strong craft, and established design rationale.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and ship features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including time operating at a senior or lead level.
• Must permanently and currently reside in the United States.
• Strong mobile and web product design experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Deep expertise in UX, systems thinking, and workflow design for complex product ecosystems.
• Proven track record of raising design quality and mentoring growing teams.
• AI-native mindset with genuine enthusiasm for designing AI-powered experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for trades work or similar field environment personas.
• Formal education in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring, hiring, or formally leading other designers.
• Demonstrated AI workflow fluency and excitement for integrating modern tools into design practice.
