Location: Hybrid in Da Nang, Vietnam (must spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office)

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions for the Paradox AI recruiting platform.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial design through launch and ongoing support.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, evaluating design options and defining architecture.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability through advanced engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements and assess risks.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python is a strong plus).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in RESTful API design and scalable backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of OOD, software architecture patterns, and data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
