Senior Fullstack Engineer (SaaS)

Salary: $147,000–$195,000 base salary depending on U.S. market tier, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-scale, data-driven applications across the full stack.
• Own complex features end to end while influencing architecture and high-impact technical initiatives.
• Champion scalability, reliability, observability, security, privacy, and data-quality practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
• Introduce tools, workflows, and engineering approaches that improve software delivery and long-term technology strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in senior-level roles.
• Strong experience building, scaling, and maintaining production full-stack applications.
• Professional experience with several of Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, React, and PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Experience architecting production systems and leading technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated mentoring, communication, and technical-influence skills.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by applicable federal law.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architectures, GraphQL, event-driven systems, and microservices.
• Exposure to multi-tenant systems and role-based access control.
• Architecture and system-design experience in growth-stage SaaS companies.
• Experience using AI-enhanced engineering tools or integrating LLMs into production systems.
