Recruiting Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
• Administer and optimize applicant tracking systems, workflows, templates, and recruiting reports.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring activities on track and meet service levels.
• Support recruiting tools, process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, hiring plans, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms, plus Google Workspace.
• Data-driven and process-oriented approach to improving efficiency and candidate experience.
• Fluent English and Serbian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required; employment can depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or export license approval.
