What you will do

• Act as a senior liaison with clients, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations of campaign delivery and oversee the team's tasks.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members through robust career pathing.
• Execute campaigns across major social platforms, primarily TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Track budgets, manage financial spending, and handle campaign reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the Measurement, Media & Analytics team to build comprehensive wrap reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successful program delivery and account growth with large customer accounts.
• Strong detail-oriented communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
