Salary: $85,786–$105,237 base compensation.

What you will do

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build scalable data processing, model training, and deployment pipelines.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and production environments.
• Improve inference performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams on AI-driven business solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience with LLM-based solutions and enterprise deployments.
• Strong Python skills and expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, vector databases, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, cloud AI platforms, GPU acceleration, Transformers, CNNs, and RLHF.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale AI transformation, model governance, responsible AI, and AI security.
• Multimodal AI experience across text, image, audio, or video models.
• Exposure to distributed training, model compression, quantization, inference optimization, and agentic AI architectures.
