What you will do

• Deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models in production to solve customer and tasker problems.
• Maintain and improve production models through retraining, hyperparameter tuning, and architectural updates.
• Build agentic AI systems, retrieval pipelines, production APIs, evaluation tools, and multimodal model solutions.
• Develop scalable machine learning infrastructure and large-hirify.global fine-tuning pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to prototype ML-driven product enhancements.
• Represent and advocate for machine learning across engineering and product organizations.

Requirements

• Extensive production experience with generative AI, agentic AI, NLP, deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability for approximately 10% travel for customer interaction and team needs.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in computer science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Experience with computer vision, generative AI models, large language models, or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with ML evaluation frameworks and agentic model design.
