What you will do

• Analyze evolving regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Gather, document, validate, and refine business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory guidance into business processes and technology requirements.
• Perform process analysis to identify regulatory impacts, operational risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Support regulatory reporting through data analysis, documentation, process improvements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions while producing requirements, process flows, gap analyses, and traceability matrices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives, regulatory reporting, data analysis, and regulatory change management.
• Understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and Corporate & Investment Banking products and processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, business process analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business analysis documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Corporate & Investment Banking organizations.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting financial institutions.
• Experience working with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, requirements traceability, and implementation readiness.
