Salary: $196,000–$220,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and optimize user-facing experiences for discovery, onboarding, acquisition, and activation.
• Develop scalable backend systems serving dynamic, high-performance content.
• Work across frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, React, Python, and Flask.
• Design and run A/B experiments to measure growth impact and guide product decisions.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to identify and iterate on high-impact opportunities.
• Maintain performance, reliability, readability, and reviewability standards for user-facing properties.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React expertise with experience delivering high-performance frontend experiences.
• Practical Python and backend framework experience, including Flask or similar technologies.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests using data-driven decision-making.
• Comfort working across the full stack and owning projects end to end.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance shipping speed with quality.

Nice to have

• Experience on growth-focused engineering teams working on activation, onboarding, or acquisition.
• Experience building SEO infrastructure or working with how LLMs and search engines index web content.
• Mobile development experience.
