What you will do

• Design and implement a highly scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and integrate distributed file systems into customer environments.
• Optimize storage performance and efficiency using RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, RoCE, InfiniBand, and SPDK.
• Improve the reliability, durability, and observability of the storage stack.
• Collaborate with operations teams to monitor and optimize storage systems using telemetry and dashboards.
• Mentor other engineers on best practices for building distributed, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production.
• Experience with storage protocols (S3, NFS) and file systems such as Ceph or DAOS.
• Proficiency in a systems programming language such as Go, C++, or Rust.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with storage observability tools and telemetry pipelines (e.g., ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes.
